NOTICE
Students appearing at CUCET-2010 for admission to the PG Programme of Central
University of Rajasthan should note the following:
1. Results of the CUCET-2010: Results of the CUCET-2010 are expected to be declared
on www.cucet.ac.in on 5th July 2010.
2. Merit list of CUR: Based on the performance in the CUCET-2010 category-wise merit list for each programmes of CUR will be declared on www.curaj.ac.in on Wednesday, the 7th July 2010.
3. Counseling Cum-Admission Rounds: will be held at Central University of Rajasthan, C/o. R. K. Patni Govt. P.G. College, City road, Kishangarh-305802, Dist. Ajmer as per the following schedule :

Admission to MSTA, MSTM, MSCS : All the students of reserved categories and first 35 students in the Merit List of General Category (to be declared on 7th July 2010) (all categories) seeking admission to these programmes and have appeared for the entrance examination should remain present as per the time scheduled under above.
5. Admission to MAE, MAEN, MBA, MSC and MTECH : Specified number of students from the merit list for these programmes will be required to report for counseling-cumadmission round on the dates notified above. The students seeking admission to these programmes are advised to visit www.curaj.ac.in on 7th July 2010 to find out if they have to report for counseling-cum-admission round.
6. MAEN and MBA Programmes : Admissions to MAEN will be on the basis of merit in entrance examination and performance in interview while admission to MBA will be on the basis of merit in entrance examination and performance in Group Discussion and Interview (GDI).
7. Failure to attend the Counseling-cum-Admission Round: Students who are called for but fail to attend the counseling-cum-admission round as notified above will not be considered for admission. They will forfeit their right to admission. Those who are

offered admission will have to make the payment of their fees (see the Table below) immediately on the same day by cash or DD drawn in favour of “Central University of Rajasthan” on any nationalized bank, failing which their admission will be treated as cancelled, they will forfeit their right to admission and they will not be considered for admission. The seats falling vacant on this count will be offered to the next available eligible candidate on the same day, same time. All the admissions will be completed on the same day.
8. Reservation of Seats: The reservation of seats will be as per the central govt. norms. Seats in the general category will be filled fist, followed by seats in the reserved categories. The reserved category students will be first considered on the basis of their merit in General Category, as per govt. rules. All the reserved category students should note that if they fail to present themselves on the day specified, or fail to take admission, if offered, by paying the required fees on the same day, they will forfeit their right to admission and they will not be considered for admission. The seats falling vacant on this count will be offered to the next available eligible candidate on the same day, same time. If reserved category seats remain vacant for the want of eligible candidate belonging to that category, these seats will be converted to other categories/general category as per government norms, and such seats will be filled by the candidates from the concerned categories on the same day, same time.
9. Waiting List: All the admissions will be completed on the days specified as per the schedule above. If any seats remain vacant or fall vacant due to cancellation, such vacant seats will be filled from the waiting lists which will be put on the University website.
10. Important: The students must note that it is important for them to remain present on the day and time specified, failing which they will not be considered for admission.
11. All the students who have been admitted and have paid the necessary fees must report and take admission to hostel on 18th July, 2010.
12. Induction Programme : All the students admitted will have to remain present on Monday, the 19th July 2010 at 10.00 A.M. in the Seminar/Assembly Hall at R.K. Patni Govt. P.G. College, Kishangarh for common Induction Programme which will be followed by Orientation and Lunch. In the post lunch session, there will be Motivation Lectures in their respective programmes classes.
13. The regular classes will start from 20th July onwards.
