With reference to your application for admission to 4 Year B.S. Programme 2010 – 2014, you are directed to appear before the Admission committee, in a counseling session, at 11.00 am on 8th July 2010 at Languages Block, Palkalaiperur Campus of the University, Tiruchirappalli – 24 (City buses K1, 63, 63 A and Pudukkottai – mofussil buses, from Trichy Central Bus stand) with original Marks Statement, Transfer Certificate and Community Certificate. Selection admission will be based on the rank secured, (Commuted by converting the score in the entrance test to 50, and the HSC marks to 50 for Maths, Physics, Chemistry (for BI and GS) or Physics, Chemistry & Biology / Botany & Zoology ( for BT) Tamil Nadu Government communal reservation rules and the number of candidates who report for the counseling. Therefore, it may be noted that this letter of intimation and your presence on 8th July do not ensure admission to any of the three courses. If selected for admission, you have to pay the full prescribed fee for admission immediately at the time of admission on 8th July 2010 itself, for which the demand draft can be obtained from the bank located at this campus itself. Since admission is not ensured, a week time will be given to the selected candidates to submit their original TC and Conduct Certificate. Request for change of date of the counseling session will not be entertained under any circumstance. If admitted the full fee must be paid on the same day itself.
