2. Member Technical Staff (E-II): 06,
* Pay Scale : Rs. 15,600 – 39,100 + Grade Pay Rs. 6600,
* Age Limit: Not more than 33 years as on 01.07.2010

3. Project Engineer: 19,
* Age Limit: Not more than 30 years as on 01.07.2010

4. Program Coordinator: 01
